Thursday, December 31, 2009

Not as hot as i expected. Pairs well with the ranch. Might be added to the regular menu. In the mean time, it'll be a secret menu addition.

"A meal that's so good, so memorable, so damn perfect that you don't know how you'll survive the next day without doing it all over again."

Update: Qumar will be stopping in later today to attempt to break the 3lb record. Check back for updates.

Qumar Zaman walked in and ordered the Double Undisputed. I asked him if he was gonna try to beat the record of 19 mins. "I'll see what happens," is what he tells me. Not only does he beat it but almost did it twice as fast as the previous record.

New record: 9:47.38!

Congrats, Qumar!

WGN's Nick Digilio and Time Out Chicago's Food Editor David Tamarkin talk about our Fries and other things HERE.
