Mix of honey, Balsamic Vinegar, peppers, onions, artichokes along with some spices.

I made a sweet onion sauce but it needed a little something extra so I added some bacon. Very good sauce sauce.

Went back to a Ketchup base sauce for this weeks S.O.W. Cayenne Pepper and other spices gives this ketchup its kick.
