So I took Week 3 Sweet Bacon Ketchup and just added some Chili Garlic Ketchup to it. Is that cheating?
Once in a while, I get in pieces of bacon that are just to think to country fry or to put on burgers so i end up making a sauce out of it. Waste not want not. The sweetness of the bacon goes well with the heat of the chilis. Very good Sauce
Spring Dill is Back. One of my reuglars bought out the entire supply and he has run out so he asked for it to be made again. I tend to listen to my customers, so it's available again.

This Sauce is hotter then the regular curry ketchup. Nice balance. If your a fan of the curry ketchup, you will love this sauce of the week

Who says summers over? Grab this sauce, dip in your fries and close your eyes. It's like the nice weather never left.
One of my regular customers, who gets the sauce of the week every week, declared this the best one and asked that it be put on the regular menu.
Besides the dill, the sauce has garlic, onions and a few surprise ingredients.

yes, I know I did a Jerk Ketchup not to long ago but I had some left over Jerk base that I needed to get rid of. Waste not want not. If you like the hot and sweet combination, this sauce is for you..
You can get your burger topped with a Country Fried Egg.
Roasted Bell peppers with some spices and some Feta Cheese
Hot Jerk Ketchup. Really hot with some nice spicing
