It was fun. We came up with the Sauce of the Week, Wiener Wednesdays, Fried Jalapeno Chips. Made it on the Cooking Channel. Met a lot of great people and got a lot of positive feedback.

I wanted to do a Christmas themed SOTW but time hqad gotten away from me. This is different from the Cajun sauce we had earlier in the year. Good flavor. Not too sweet with some heat.
Pass it on. We're only open till 4 on Christmas Eve. Closed Christmas Day but back to normal on Sunday
Ok..its that time again. Too look at the menu and see what I want to add and what gets removed. Most items will move from the secret menu onto the regular menu.
New Additions will be the Nick D Burger, South of the Border Burger, Country Fried Beef Bacon, Fried Jalapeno Chips.
Also thinking of offering different burger toppings, fried jalapeno chip, country fried gyro, country fried egg and country fried gravy. See a pattern developing?
Also thinking of adding country fried corned beef to the line up. It is very good esp served with the 10,000 island sauce.

Very good combination. Along with the lemon and butter, we mixed in garlic, parsley, some vinegar and some other spices.
We have been without heat for a few days now. The HAVC guy who was supposed to be here a couple days ago has showed up. We should be warm any hour now.
