Menu Spotlight: Hell on Earth Burger

Monday, October 31, 2011

The Hell on Earth Burger or as one of my customers calls it, the Heaven on Earth Burger is probably the Hottest Burger in Chicagoland.

It Consist of a 1/3 lb burger patty topped with Chili Garlic Ketchup, Spicy Mustard, Hellllish Relish, Fried Jalapeno Chips and our own Habanero Hot Sauce.

Im working on some options to make it hotter for those that like it extremely hot. So there will many stages of the Hell on Earth Burger. See what I did there? So stay tuned for that.

So why is it spelled with 4 Ls? Because it is made with 4 main peppers. One of those peppers being the Habanero. Also, Hellish Relish was already taken so now i can't get sued.

The Hellllish Relish is hot. In addition to the peppers, we add an assortment of dried peppers and spices to round out the relish.

If you like it hot, you will love this relish.

It burns your mouth with flavor

ok, sounds weird but u take onions and cook em with some tomatoes, peppers, garlic. Puree it. Add some balsamic and spices then you have a tasty sauce.

This is an olive sauce where 3 types of olives are used along with some red wine vinegar, olive oil, terragon, orange peel, garlic and spices.

and in case u r wondering, Ionia is a region in Greece
