The Hell on Earth Burger or as one of my customers calls it, the Heaven on Earth Burger is probably the Hottest Burger in Chicagoland.
It Consist of a 1/3 lb burger patty topped with Chili Garlic Ketchup, Spicy Mustard, Hellllish Relish, Fried Jalapeno Chips and our own Habanero Hot Sauce.
Im working on some options to make it hotter for those that like it extremely hot. So there will many stages of the Hell on Earth Burger. See what I did there? So stay tuned for that.

ok, sounds weird but u take onions and cook em with some tomatoes, peppers, garlic. Puree it. Add some balsamic and spices then you have a tasty sauce.
This is an olive sauce where 3 types of olives are used along with some red wine vinegar, olive oil, terragon, orange peel, garlic and spices.

nice tart mustard with the balsamic and the cherries with a hint of sweetness. Goes great with the Dippin Dogs and the Fries.
