Via UK's Shortlist Magazine. Sure they misspelled the name of the resto but they called us a fast food mecca so that kinda makes up for it.
While in the UK, gravy is typically used with hushed reverence on roast dinners, over in the US it's given a worryingly free reign. But even Americans would surely be a little unsettled with this creation from Weiner and Still Champion, a fast food mecca in Illinois. The burger contains your regular patty and a horrifying portion of chicken gravy, breaded in seasoned flour and then deep-fried. There are no words but if there were, they'd be appalled or shocked. August 19th is National Hot and Spicy Food Day. Not to be confused with International Hot and Spicy Food Day which happens in January I can see no better way to mark the occasion by stopping in and grabbing Chicago's Hottest Burger, the Hell on Earth. What makes it Chicago's Hottest Burger? Well, we dress it with our housemade Spicy Mustard and Chili Garlic Ketchup. We then add Hellllish Relish which is a 7 pepper relish consisting of habaneros, jalapenos and other hot pepper varieties. We then add our Fried Jalapeno Chips and top the whole thing off with our very own Habanero Hot Sauce. Fried Jalapeno Chips and Fire Fries will also be available
